Training & Placement Cell of LORDS has initiated the efforts in organizing another recruitment drive for the benefit of students. In pursuit of its basic goals, T&P cell has agreed to play a vital role of a being a vendor for quality candidates to reputed companies. Hence we are glad to announce a Mega Job Fair during 5th & 6th of April, where 6 MNC IT companies shall be participating.
Both Freshers & experienced can participate in this Job Fair. All the rounds shall be conducted for all the participants. There shall be NO RESUME DROPPING. Kindly go through the following details carefully & also the websites of the visiting company. All the vacancies posted in respective websites are open for this Job fair. Give maximum publicity so as to benefit more number of aspirants.

Eligibility Criteria:
1.   B.Tech/BE/MSc/MCA Graduates of 2006/2007/2008/2009 passouts with 55% aggregate in highest degree.
2.   MBA graduates of 2007 & 2008 passouts are eligible.
3.   Experienced candidates of 2005-07 passouts can also apply.
4.   2006-07 passouts who do not have experience shall apply as a freshers.

Job Location:Bangalore & Hyderabad. Ideally the candidate should be ready to relocate anywhere in India & abroad.

Interview Procedure:
For Freshers:
1.   A common Written Test of aptitude. This might also include some programming questions in C. (30 questions, 30 mins)
2.   GD ( The shortlisted candidates shall have to appear all 6 Tech/HR rounds for 6 companies)
3.   Technical/HR round.
For Experienced:
1.   Written or Verbal Technical round; (Procedure not clear,Shall update)
2.   HR
*** Candidates shortlisted for Delta Star Ventures shall have to attend an Online Technical test.

Procedure to Apply:
1.   For 2008/2009 PASSOUTS:
a.   All students need to fill up the application form issued to the placement officer.
b.   They should submit the application form along with 2 resumes, 2 PP photos & a registration fees of Rs 250/- per candidate.
c.   In absence of Placement In- charge, a student representative can collect the above documents & fees.
d.   The hall tickets of the applied candidates shall be issued to the Placement officer.
e.   The outstation candidates/colleges can contact us through email to & send the data of the students on or before 4th April, 5 pm. The hall tickets shall be issued on submission of the required documents on 5th morning 9 am.
f.    Individual candidates can also apply by submitting the above documents, College ID or Bonafides & registration fees at the counter set up at:

Himayatsagar, Hyderabad.
The counter shall be open from 10 am to 5 pm during 2nd April to 4th April.
g.   The last date for applying is 4th April, 5 pm. All Placement Officers/ student representatives should submit the documents & collect the hall tickets by 6 pm.
2.   For 2006/07 Passouts:(Freshers)
Should submit 2 resumes, 2 PP photos, 2 copies of certificate & registration fees of Rs 200/- at the registration counter set up at :
Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology,
Himayatsagar, Hyderabad.
The counter shall be open from 10 am to 5 pm during 2nd April to 4th April.
3.   For Experienced: (2005/06/07)
a.   Walk In & register on the spot on 6th of April at: Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology,
Himayatsagar, Hyderabad.
b.   Experienced candidates should submit copies of certificates, Experience certificates, Latest pay slip, certifications if any & a registration fees of Rs 250/-.

Dates of the event:5th of April: ONLY FOR FRESHERS
Morning session: 2006(Freshers) & 2008 passouts; Exam time: As mentioned in the Hall tickets.
Afternoon session: 2007(Freshers) & 2009 passouts; Exam time: As mentioned in Hall tickets.
Only written & GD round shall be conducted on this day. Further rounds for the shortlisted candidates shall be held on 6th of April.
6th of April: FOR MBA FRESHERS (2007 & 2008) & OTHER EXPERIENCED candidates:
Morning session: MBA graduates Freshers shall have the written Test & further rounds. Reporting time: 8.30 am.
Afternoon Session: ALL EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES SHALL REPORT & REGISTER BY 1 PM. Further Technical & HR rounds shall follow.

Other Details:
1.   All candidates shall carry a minimum of 10 copies of resumes during the event.
2.   Experienced candidates shall carry multiple copies of all above specified documents.
3.   The candidates shall be allowed inside the campus only on the specified time as mentioned in the hall tickets.
4.   For 2009 passouts a ‘Conditional offer letter’ shall be given by respective companies.
5.   Candidates should fill up the form that can downloaded from this portal & affix the PP photo before submitting the same.
