Deduction analyst
Current designation:Deduction analyst
Work location:Pimpri
Qualification: BCom
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Work Timing: 6pm to 3am
Job Descriptions:Contacting Eaton customers for getting back-up documents for the short payments made
Follow-up with customer for collection on denied deduction
Follow-up on the intercompany receivables
Resolve inter company deductions
Identify invoice numbers for the payment made and send it to cash allocation team for application
Perform root cause analysis on the short & excess payments
Monthly reporting of metrics and performance
