Job Description:Period End Close(PEC)
Co-ordination with user departments for smooth PEC;
Executing Daily Checklists as per schedule;
Executing in SAP the PEC steps;
Variance Analysis of COP at SKU/Category level and do root cause analysis;
Assist in preparation of Factory MIS with value added analysis;
Timely submission of month end deliverables to HO as per guidelines

Standard Cost Budget:Assist in preparation of annual budget proposal based on zero base budgeting concept and getting management approval of the same;
Executing the Budget steps in SAP.
Critical analysis of Annual Std Cost of Production Budget.
Dynamic Forecasting:Assist in preparation of quarterly dynamic(DF) forecasting ;
Executing the DF steps in SAP.
Critical analysis of Forecasted Cost of Production Budget.
Cost Audit:Preparation of the required Para’s, Proforma’s and cost sheets as per the applicable Cost Accounting Record Rules ;
Interaction with cost auditors in concluding the annual cost audit smoothly;
Co-ordination with HO for HO related expenses and consolidation of the same prior to audit finalisation.
Others :Quarterly/Annual updation and consolidation of Factory Key Figures.
Quantifying and reporting status of Nestle Continuous Excellence on cost Savings.
Monthly computation /reporting of Quality and Non-Quality Costs.
Completion of Quarterly Net Book Value exercise at category/brand level.

Desired Candidate Profile:Qualified ICWA
Exposure to ERP/SAP environment
Conceptually Strong on costing and accounting concepts
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Communication Skills
