Required Skills:Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Should be excellent in MS excel, MS PowerPoint. Should worked on MS excel and PowerPoint extensively.
Ability to communicate with various departments Like Delivery, Finance, Corporate, Global Operations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Transformation regarding Appraisal process, Payroll input, headcount etc.
Desired Skill:Candidates with prior knowledge of Comp and Benefit, payroll, MIS would be added advantage.
