Job Description :
Implementing & Maintaining Network & Systems Infrastructure.
Must be a great team player, influencer and adaptable.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Must be willing to work in international time zones.

Requirements :
Fresher’s with BE / B Tech / MCA from a reputed institution.
Network & Systems Administration with MCSE  certification.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, Instant messenger and E-mail etiquettes is a MUST.
Experienced and proficient in MS-Office, Troubleshooting, Outlook, Active Directory.
Ability to handle local and overseas clients independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
LAN & WAN, Windows 2003/XP, VISTA,VLAN, VPN, ISDN etc.
Good understanding of TCP / IP protocol suite.
At-least 2 years hands on experience in setting up and maintaining networks and servers for a reputed organization.
Experience in setting up site-to-site and client-to-site VPN.
Working experience with windows SBS, and Mail Server.
Good understanding of windows and Unix operating systems.

Additional Skills :
Maintains and troubleshoots hardware issues for laptop, desktop computers and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s).  Arrange for repair and/or replacement of defective IT assets.  Assists in general IT support functions, help desk, software support and network support
Experienced and proficient in using the PC’s, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
Ability to resolve conflict appropriately and effectively resolve problems
Ability to organize, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of Associates and management, as well as with the public and outside vendors
