Job Description:Study of existing HR process to recommend and develop a paperless HR model.
The scope of study would include covering following areas:
Study of all existing process and database covering recruitment, training, HR operations.
Provide recommendation and solution for integration of current database being maintained.
Help develop inhouse modules (through group approved , already available database management systems like Access etc ) to ensure a paperless HR department.
Stictly for candidates located in Mumbai.
