* Optimizing job descriptions for online search
* Short listing candidates as per job profile
* Scheduling interviews with department heads
* Planning and coordinating campus recruitment drives
* Coordinating with recruitment agencies
* Employee induction
Desired Candidate Profile
* Excellent oral and written communication (English)
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
* Resourceful
* Experience in recruitment processes is advantageous
