Position Title:EDW Consulting Analyst
Location:Gurgaon
SUMMARY of JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:The Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) is a Teradata-based repository of NCR’s global business information with advanced business intelligence solutions used by NCR employees and external customers. The candidate selected for this position will work on the EDW Consulting Services Team where they will provide consulting and support for the EDW business intelligence tool suite.
Functional Responsibilities and Skills Required:
? Consult with EDW users on query construction and report design
? Provide functional support for the business intelligence tool suite
? Data integrity problem analysis
? Write custom SQL queries
? Serve as an ‘air traffic controller’ analyzing the arrival and processing of data in the warehouse environment.
? Write support/user documentation
? Available for 4-6 weeks of on-site training in Dayton (USA)

Desired Profile:Education and Background
Desired Education/Experience to perform the function:
? Customer service oriented
? SQL experience
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
? Ability to work with associates at all levels of the company
? Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and techniques
? Strong business background
? An undergraduate degree in IS or equivalent experience.
