Job Description:Responsible for managing PMS activities for the location/function
Dimensions:Scope of authority:
Reports to PMS Process Owner
Number of direct reports : 6 - 8
Number of indirect reports : Nil
Critical Tasks:Managing PMS activities throughout the calendar year
Facilitating objective setting and appraisal discussion
Facilitating worksheet development/refinement
Facilitating operations of central PMS database/system
Building PMS awareness across ACC
Communicating PMS activities and calendar to organization
Developing and managing budget for PMS activities
Critical Tasks achievement measurement:PMS calendar compliance for the region
Regular update to PMO against PMS calendar
Facilitation of MML/FML discussions
Facilitating preparation of objective numbers for discussions
Collating personalization requests and performing sanity checks based on design principles
Providing regular update for PMS database
No. of awareness events organized
Adherence to communication plan
PMS budget in place
Adherence to the budget
People:Building the PMS support infrastructure for peak periods
Facilitating training of the organization on PMS
Liaison with location heads for driving PMS initiatives
Additional resources identified
Training/skill building for additional resources
Co-ordination and execution of training in conjunction with coaches
Collating feedback on PMS training

Desired Candidate Profile:Graduation (any) and MBA/ PGDM in HR /PM/ IR (full time)
