BHEL, Tiruchirappalli a major Manufacturing unit having a workforce of around 10,000 employees is looking for Artisans in the following trades :
* Post : 450 post (UR-224, OBC-121, SC-85, ST-4,PH-16) of Skilled Artisans (Fitter-325, Welder-90, Mechanist-15, Electrician-15, Crane Operator/Shunter-5)
*Qualification: Matric / SSC plus National Trade Certificate (NTC) plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade with not less than 60% marks in both NTC and NAC for General and OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
* Age: Upper age limit as on 1/04/2008 - 27 years.
* Fee : Rs. 50/- for General and OBC, No fee for SC/ST/Physically handicapped persons. DD should be drawn in favour of “Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Tiruchirappalli” payable at Tiruchirappalli. In fact, Fee of Rs.125/- is to be paid in two instalments of Rs.50/- at the time of sending the application and rest 75/- at the time of Written Test.
