Job Description”PREREQUISITE-
Qualification - BSc (Computer Science) or
BCA (+ MBA preferred) or
Diploma Engg. (Non-IT Branch)
Experience - 1-2 Years (having scored high %).
Gender Male candidates will b preferred b’coz it’s a rotational shift
As the profile include customer dealing, our criteria to judge the person would be
Good communication skills + analytical aptitude
PROFILE DESCRIPTION-
Product Support group is the single window contact for Aricent customers
& is involved in Product Deliveries & Post Sales Tier 1 Support.
All customer queries are routed thru Support. It works closely with various groups
(Business Group, Engg., Finance, Sales ) to get the required solution for customer
Person selected would be required to work in 24X7 shift. He would be associated
with Product Support group.
Tier 1 Support include following activities broadly–
1. Receiving customer queries thru various media (mostly mails),
2. Registering the query using CRM tool.
3. Communication with various Engg. Groups to resolve customer query.
4. Final resolution to customer.
5. Release management & shipment of products
please note this requirement is for GURGAON.
Compensation negotiable (upto 2.40 lacs p.a.)
Experience required - 6 months to 2 yrs
