Job Description
The mission of the VE India team is to support/lead deals, assist in demand generation and roll-out global value-selling programs across the Americas/Asia-Pacific/UK. Collaborating with prospect’s senior business executives, VE delivers business cases which link the company’s strategic goals, business process challenges, industry trends and best practices with peers / industry leaders to crystallize the SAP value proposition. The result is an increased win rate in deals, bigger deal sizes and shortened sales cycles. The VE India team, launched in January 2006 and based in Gurgaon, is an extension of the VE team in the Americas/Asia-Pacific/UK. The team in the US is a mix of top-tier MBAs with average work experience of 12+ yrs with deep management/strategy consulting and/or industry focus. The 70+ member India team consists of talented MBA professionals from premier educational and work backgrounds, having strong business advisory skills and the ability to be the thought engine for SAP sales.

Position Description:
- Contribute to teams focused on programs across multiple process areas like supply chain, sales and marketing, HR, finance etc
- Examine business processes and evaluate a client/prospects performance; identify key pain-points; highlight the value drivers and showcase the SAP value proposition
- Assist in creation of customized business cases and financial models that quantify the value of the suggested business process improvements for a prospect over an extended time horizon
- Analyze and collate critical financial and operational parameters from analyst reports like Gartner and Forrester
- Support in creating performance indicator evaluation frameworks for various business processes across industries, and business processes through analysis of trends and best practices
To start with, candidates will be part of the SAP team but on third-party rolls. Candidates displaying consistent performance and potential will be converted to SAP rolls over a period of time and provided higher responsibilities within the ecosystem.

Qualification
- MBA preferred, with strong academic credentials
- Relevant work experience of 1 to 2 years, preferably in research and analytics
- Independent thinking and an open minded approach to executing assignments, constantly
looking for improvements
- Basic knowledge of financial statements analysis
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a continued focus on quality and depth of analysis
- High energy levels, positive attitude and ability to undertake challenging assignments
- Ability to conform with deadlines and perform under pressure
- Exposure to Microsoft excel will be an added advantage
