Salary:10,000 - 15,000 / PM
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Will act as the single point of contact to the customer/users for all ATM monitoring related requirements. 2. For first level administration /support for End CustomersATMs. 3. Log all the calls, assign it to relevant personnel, track it till closure, and update the end-customer. 4. Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with vendor. 5. Keeping track & updating data as per the proc ess defined. 6.. Report generation as per the process defined
Eligibility Criteria’s:
1 - Graduate / Diploma Holder ( Correspondence candidates need not apply)
2 - Good Commucation Skills.
3- Age less than 25 as on date.
4 - Any call center,help desk,customer care support experience will be an added advantage.
