Team brief:DSS offers all PTUs extensive Planning Support at all stages of the SAP standard product lifecycle (Development, Testing, Transfer to final assembly and maintenance). This includes Best-Practices and Guidelines in System Landscape Planning (not Software Product Planning!). Within our Operative Services we set up all system landscapes in a given configuration and ensure operation of these landscapes at highest quality and customer satisfaction.
Purpose and objective of the job:As an internal service unit Development System Services (DSS) is responsible for the planning, setup and operation of SAP’s internal application development landscapes.
Expectations and Tasks of Job:We provide services to the development teams within SAP mainly in the areas of
User Management & Administration,
Software Logistics(Transport Management)
R/3 system setup and configuration
System Performance Monitoring
System Connectivity
for various SAP products like ERP, CRM, SCM. HCM etc.
Technical:Basis administration or System administration experience.
