ROLE:  Associate
·        Effectively manages maintenance centre desk.
·        Provides support / assistance to customer (internal/external) queries over phone and / or email.
·        Responsible for creating headers, maintaining system dates via the PM’s direction and eventually invoice.
·        Generates tickets, coordinates and escalates for issues resolution and monitors the progress of ticket clearance.
·        Responsible for resolving issues and closing tickets.
·        Works on tasks that are simple and routine in nature.
·        Generates reports and distributes to relevant people.
·        Distributes mails
·        Enters contractor’s time sheets
·        Updates databases
·        Ensures adherence to quality / accuracy and timelines.
·        Achieves or exceeds set targets and works as part of a team to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
·        Co-ordinates with various groups within ADC.
REQUIREMENTS:
·        Any Graduates / Under Graduates.
·        Possess excellent communication and interaction skills
·        Possess good analytical and problem solving ability.
·        Possess strong administrative skills.
·        Be high on Customer Orientation.
·        Good in planning, organizing and adhering to deadlines / commitments.
·        Be skillful in time management and multi tasking
·        Should be a good team player.
