Position:Trainee NOC L1
Education:- Diploma in Hardware and Networking.
Experience:- 0-1 Year.
Desired candidate’s profile:
1.Basic understanding of computer terminology.
2.Excellent written and oral skills.
3.Good analytical and decision making.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring of software driven alerts on failures.
2. Handling and escalating the queries to senior level.
3. Maintaining and updating the MIS

Day: Monday to Saturday.
