Designation:HR Project Co-ordinator
Job Description:-Basic knowledge of overall HR functions.
-Act as a coordinator between the client and employees.
-Look after issues and queries related to employees
-Handle volume work and meet timelines.
-Understand the needs and address the employees at every stage through regular interactions by developing, building and maintaining relationships.
-Will be deployed with the company’s client and is required to manage manpower of around 100 by himself.
Desired Profile:-Should be Post Graduate, preferably, in HR
-Should be well versed with MS-Office
-Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
