The company has annual turnover of more than Rs. 930 crores from its two plants, at Rayagada in Orissa and Fort Songadh in Gujarat. The total capacity of both plants is to to manufacturre 2.25 Lacs TPA Writing and Printing Paper and premium quality Packaging Board. The position exists in Central Pulp Mills, one of the largest integrated Pulp & Paper Mill in Western India, located at Fort Songadh, Gujarat. Central Pulp Mills has capacity to manufacture 55,000 TPA writing and paper and 60,000 TPA Coated Duplex Board. Job Description
* Carryout Training Needs Assesment, Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar, Organise Training Programmes, Conduct Training Evaluation.
* Implemenation of Employee Engagement Initiatives.
* Coordination of Performance Management System for Management Cadre Staff.
* Promote knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives.
* Prepare MIS on HR Systems, generate reports and prepare presentations for HR and other initiatives.
* Implementation of CSR initiative - Adult Literacy Programme in nearby villages.

Desired Candidate Profile:The candidate should be MSW/MHRM/ Post Graduate in HR/ HRD/ HRM from reputed institute and should have good domain knowledge of HR. He should be proficient in MS Office and have good oral as well as written communications skills. The candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati/ Marathi will be an added advantage. The candidate must have flair for working with people from various strata of the society.
