Job Description:Monitor telephony and dialer environments, Campaign management, user administration and reporting. Coordinating with Business teams for daily operations. Interact with Service Providers to resolve telecom issues Work with Operations and Business team by providing required trend, baselines and threshold data, alarms and documentation.
