Eligibility/Criteria
·Minimum 75% aggregate in B.E/B.Tech (CS/ECE streams only )
·Selected candidates have to sign a service bond for duration of twelve months. In case there is a separation between RSI and the candidates, the candidates have to pay RSI the cost incurred towards training and maintaining the resource during the period. The Bond amount to be fixed at the time of entering into the contract.
·Certification/Training on any programming Language is an added advantage.
Starting Salary: Maximum 2.25 Lakhs per Annum

Job Location: Bangalore.
Selection process:
1.Short listed candidates at the resume level will be called for an aptitude and technical written test.
2.Only candidates clearing the aptitude/ technical test will be called for a face to face interview with the Technical Panel.
3.The third interview will be taken by the CTO.
4.Technically selected candidates will be called for a HR interview and on satisfying all criteria Offer will be given to the candidates.
