Job Description:Incumbent is responsible for software implementation at clients place, understanding the client’s software related problems and providing continues support on business application package.
Over all responsible for Software implementation at Client’s place
Pre installation verification
Responsible for new modules rollout across all clients released by Development Team
Coordinating with Support Department in technical support related matters
Coordination with Client IT Team
Daily MIS report generation and handing it over to concern authority as assigned by client
Performing day to day activities in software trouble shooting, error identification if any
Providing technical support to multiple clients in respective region
Identification of problems occurs with software or hardware at client level, if it is concern with Hardware, informing to client IT Team
Desired Profile/Eligibility:Should be Computer Sciences Graduate/Diploma in computers
With/without experience in application software installation and trouble shooting process @ clients’ location.
Efficient problem solving skills and familiarity with Hardware, Back end and front operations
Knowledge on Hardware and Networking is added advantage but not necessary
Candidates having experience in retail/accounting or any other business application or ERP is added advantage
Position reports to Branch Head
Local candidates are preferable
Candidates should be willing to travel and must have two wheeler
