Job Description
1. Monitoring of software driven alerts on failures.
2. Handling and escalating the queries to senior level.
3. Maintaining and updating the MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Basic understanding of computer terminology.
2. Excellent written and oral skills.
3. Good analytical and decision making.
Education: -Diploma in Hardware and Networking.
