Job Description
Position:Trainee IT Engineer

Job Profile:
·Implementation, maintenance and upkeep of servers and workstations related to Corporate IT Infrastructure in India
·Implementation, maintenance and upkeep of communication links
·Apply sufficient initiative and co-ordination to prevent configurations issues, including topology, operating systems, and integrations issue
·Resolve other related issues in timely fashion to ensure least impact on the operations
Anticipate potential problems and design strategies to resolve them before they occur
·Reduce the impact of outages by efficient management and effective communication to relevant user community
·Understanding CBay’s business flow and recommend and implement changes as and when required within the purview of your responsibility
·Assist in developing and reviewing SOP, policies and to ensure policies and procedures are complied with at all times
·Recommend / implement backup systems and procedures to ensure business continuity
·Create, update and maintain all related documents, diagrams and Knowledge base as part of SOP for smooth and transparent operation
·Keep abreast of emerging technologies and related tools and suggest appropriate technology and tools for efficient Infrastructure Management
·To be capable of shouldering responsibility, work as a team and provide active support to colleagues
·Maintain excellent inter-departmental communication and rapport
·To provide Daily / Weekly Management Information report on different projects and activities.
·Proper escalation path to be followed for out of control events to the appropriate individual / groups
·To display proactive approach rather than a reactive approach to make Corporate IT Infrastructure a more approachable Division
·Assist in training team members.
