Job Description:Key position looking at payroll amendments on a daily basis, crucial role in maintaining the quality of the data and identiying where errors have occurred. Owning these errors and taking responsibility for understanding why they occurred and providing innovative and practical solutions for ensuring that they do not occur again. This role will serve as an excellent platform for someone looking to carve out a career in Process and Continuous Improvement, as well as Data Quality Management.
Desired Profile:High attention to detail, creative approach to solving problems, desire to not only identify issues but to present solutions. Pride in accurate and quality work and high focus on providing the best possible service for the customer, whilst managing risk.
