Qualification:Any Graduate
The ideal candidate would have the following desired attributes:
Knowledge:
·Knowledge of software development life cycle and management of quality assurance within a software development and electronic publishing organization.
·Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards, knowledge of CMMi standards would be an added advantage
·Knowledge of metrics definition and collection
·Knowledge of quality audit and assessment procedures
·Knowledge of electronic content development projects and its associated quality assurance procedures

Experience
·At least 1to 4 years experience in working in a software development or e-learning organization in the capacity of a software quality analyst.
·Experience in conducting process compliance audits
·Experience in other areas of SQA such as assessments, process validation, metric generation, QMS training, and conducting causal analysis and CAPA related activities
