Designation–Associate Consultant
Experience–Freshers/Engineers/MBA
Work Location–Kolkata, India

Job Role:
* An Associate Consultant at M.N.Dastur is expected to play an active role in all stages and aspects of the client engagement.
* Consulting Business would involve outlining Client engagements, structuring complex Client challenges, providing innovative and cost effective solutions to Clients on an unbiased and independent platform.
* Potential projects would typically involve ERP packaged Solutions, MES and SCM, Outsourcing strategy, Global Consulting etc
* An Associate Consultant would be responsible for supporting projects globally.

Requirements:
§An ideal candidate should have excellent strategic and analytical problem solving skills.Qualified candidates should have an aptitude for logical thinking.
§Should demonstrate elegant verbal and written communication style and possess the ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the client.
§Should have entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude, a strong desire to learn. Should be a self motivator and fast learner.
§Should have a passion for the Consulting Business.
§Should be a good team player with sharp problem solving skills.
§The role demands 80 to 100% travel so an ideal candidate should be willing to travel.
§A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
