Job Description
Matching Analyst Intern Job is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with accounts payable and other related procure to pay functions. The selected candidates would attain the required knowledge and skills through completion of basic training on Accounts payable combined with related application based training.
SS Matching Analysts are responsible for matching of all the invoices scanned in to the system. The successful candidate will have a flair for problem solving, is a fast learner, pro-active, enjoys working in a large scale distributed environments, has good typing and analytical skills, is able think on the feet, is detailed oriented, and can communicate well with teams across the globe. She/he should be very flexible with work timings.

Job Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

â Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
â Matching the invoices received from the vendors.
â Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %.
â Able to meet the productivity target set.
â Scanning the images that are received via email in to the scanning application.
â Maintain all control files as per the audit requirements.
â Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data.
Knowledge & Skills
â MBA/M.Com/MS (accounting) with Accounting as Major subject. (Applicant can be a Fresher / with less than 6 months of experience.)
â B.com with 1-2 years relevant experience in financial operations.
â Preferable Academic Track record of more than 75 % in Accountancy and Statistics throughout the educational career of the applicant.
â Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
â Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
â Attention to detail and good time management skills.
â Ability to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in matching.
â Ability to meet stringent deadlines associated with this job responsibilities.
â Good typing speed â 25-30 w.p.m
