Job Description:Responsible for design and implementation all core HR Processes such as PMS, Compensation & Benefits, Training, OD, Manpower Planning, succession Planning. Key deliverables:Employee engagement ; satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post graduate in HRM from a reputed university/ institute . Those having worked in Development centers in Engineering / IT industry will have an advantage. Knowledge of MS office tools and good command over written and spoken English is essential. Exposure to working in matrixed, MNC environment is desirable
