Job Description
1) Conducting telephonic Interview
2) Taking Reference
3) Validating the resumes
4) Co- ordinating the candidates with the Clients
5) Follow up the candidates
6) Effectively monitoring & closing the positions.
Desired Candidate Profile:Should be graduate or above good in communication( English & Local language) , should have good interpersonal skills, telephone Manners, agressive, smart enough to take the leads for finding suitable talents for various Insurance/ Banking companies . You will be posted at Kochi to look after the recruitment drive for Pan India. Reporting to the Team Lead/ Branch Manager.
