Job summary:
- Recruitment of game testers
- Administration of employees in the QC Department
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of testers:
Mailing and selection of the Resumes
Contacting the testing institutes in Pune and implementing partnerships with them
Organizing technical test sessions
Following-up the test results with the QC Coordinator
Organizing interviews with the QC Coordinator and with the HR Manager
Making the Employment contracts
- Administration of employees in the QC Department:
Welcoming the new testers and doing all the HR formalities
Doing the paper work related to HR issues
Assisting the leads and QC Coordinator on HR related issues

- Organized person â in terms of time planning and work organization
- Methodical; attention to details; patience
- Open to self-improvement
- Teamwork abilities
- Good knowledge of computer OS/Office
- Good level in English (oral and writing)
