- Satellite Communication Operations
- Network Operations & Management
- Leased Line Management
- Strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality procedures
- Analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong documentation skills
- Qualifications mandatory: 3-year full-time diploma (polytechnic)
Desired Profile:Thorough with satellite communications Concepts.
- LAN/WAN technologies
- Topologies
- Basic Networking Essentials
- Working of satellite Modems / Terrestrial Modems / Router / Switches etc.
- Good Communication Skills
