Job Description:
â Handling of end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT Recruitment.
â Very Good Communication Skill.
â Sourcing and screening the candidates from the our own , commercial portals, head hunting and company mapping.
â Scheduling the candidates for the interview.
â Follow-up for updates/feedback with Clients & Candidates and ensure the position is closed within the deadline.
â Maintenance of MIS
NOTE:WALK IN MONDAY - FRIDAY BETWEEN 9:30AM - 6:00 PM
Desired Candidate Profile:
â 0 â 1.5 Yrs experience with excellent exposure of complete life cycle of IT recruitment.
â Expertise in handling multiple and niche IT Skill sets.
â Strong knowledge of all the current technologies in the software industry
