Job Description
1.) Generate manpower reports
2.) Manage database for employees and error free master details.
3.) Complete responsibility of pay roll work/salary administration.
4.) Systematize the technology driven attendance marking system and ensure zeroâ error.
5.) Co-ordinate recruitment activities and Effective documentation of joining formalities
6.) Handle employee transport and shift changes
7.) Co-ordinate performance appraisal system.
8.) Handle all issues pertaining to labor statues and in ESI & PF.

Desired Candidate Profile:A bachelorâs Degree with very good knowledge of MS office and pay roll software.
