Systems Analyst
Job Description:In this position, you will be working on ERP solutions like SAP, Reporting and Business Intelligence solution projects in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers. You will be working with internal business clients to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. You will be converting client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. You will be developing use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and coordinate, plan, execute end to end testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. You will be documenting changes and create troubleshooting guides. You may provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to solve a problem.
Qualifications
- You should be a recent college graduate with an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and/or a Master’s degree with Supply Chain Management as specialization.
