Customer Support Executive (Software/Technical)

Job Description:Incumbent is responsible for software IMPLEMENTATION at clients place, software installation, understanding the client’s software related problems and providing continues support on business application package.

* Responsible for Software Implementation and trouble shooting activities
* Pre installation verification at Client’s place
* Testing new module releases
* Responsible for new modules rollout across all clients in respective city/town released by Development Team
* Coordinating with Support Department in support related matters
* Coordination with Client IT Team
* Daily MIS report generation and handing it over to concern authority as assigned by client
* Performing day to day activities in software trouble shooting, error identification if any
* Providing technical support to multiple clients in respective region
* Identification of problems occurs with software or hardware at store level If it is concern with Hardware, informing to IT Team

Candidate Profile:
* Should be Computer Sciences Graduate/Diploma in computers With/without experience in application software installation and trouble shooting process @ clients’ location.
* Efficient problem solving skills and familiarity with Hardware, Back end like server, databases and front end operations
* Should be willing to travel
* Candidates having experience in retail/accounting is added advantage
* Position reports to Branch Head
* Local candidates are preferable
* Knowledge on Hardware and Networking is added advantage but not necessary
