CCNA Trainee (Network Support)
Job Profile:Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products.
Qualification: Any technical Graduate with CCNA certification
Year of Passout: 2007 & 2008
Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
· Routing Protocols
· TCP/ IP and IRQs
· Basic operating systems related to Networking
· Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
· Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
Experience:0 - 1 Years
Education:B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.E/M.Tech/MS

Selection Process: There will be 4 rounds as given below:
Round I: Voice & Accent
Round II: Technical Test (CCNA Concepts)
Round III: 3 Technical interviews
Round IV: HR interview
NOTE:
· Willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts)
· Should be willing to work on voice based technical support
· Each round of selection process is elimination round
· Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period
· After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get regularized subject to open positions.
