MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

(a) Management Trainees (Technical)
oGraduates in Aeronautical / Chemical / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Branches of Engineering from recognized Institution / University.
oGeneral / OBC candidates should have secured a minimum of 65% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks, in the aggregate, of all the Semesters / Years OR corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradations in their Engineering Degree Examinations.
o Engineering Graduates in the Aeronautical Branch with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / STs) would be eligible to apply.
oThe total maximum marks and total marks obtained for all the Semesters / Years will be summed up to arrive at aggregate percentage.
oNo rounding off will be done & no weightage will be given to any particular Semester or Year.
oCandidates who have passed their Engineering Degree in required Discipline and obtained the prescribed percentage of Marks as on 22.04.2008 need only apply. Candidates who have appeared in their final year or whose results are awaited are not eligible to apply.

(b) Management Trainees (Human Resource)
oUniversity Degree with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA (2 years Full Time or 3 years Part Time / Correspondence Courses) in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from recognized University / Institution.
oGeneral / OBC candidates should have passed both the University Degree and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 60% Marks in the aggregate of all the Semesters / Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradations.
oSC / ST candidates should have passed both the University Degree and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 50% Marks in the aggregate of all the Semesters / Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradations.
oThe total maximum marks and total marks obtained for all the Semesters / Years will be summed up to arrive at aggregate percentage.
oNo rounding off will be done & no weightage will be given to any particular Semester or Year.
oCandidates who have passed their Graduation as well as Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations and obtained the prescribed percentage of Marks as on 24.04.2008 need only apply. Candidates who have appeared in their final year or whose results are awaited are not eligible to apply.

AGE LIMIT:
oAs on 01-04-2008 not above 28 years for General candidates.  Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates.
oCandidates belonging to the OBC Category are required to produce recently obtained Community Certificate in proof of their Community at the time of Interview (not older than 6 months as on 01-04-2008), stating that they do not come under the creamy layer, from the Competent Authority, in the prescribed format.
oIn respect of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years, which will be over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC.
oFor candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years.
oRelaxation will be extended as per rules in respect of Ex-servicemen/ Commissioned Officers/ECOs/SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years of Defence service and have been released on completion of assignment.

BHEL, Tiruchirappalli a major Manufacturing unit having a workforce of around 10,000 employees is looking for Artisans in the following trades :
* Post : 450 post (UR-224, OBC-121, SC-85, ST-4,PH-16) of Skilled Artisans (Fitter-325, Welder-90, Mechanist-15, Electrician-15, Crane Operator/Shunter-5)
*Qualification: Matric / SSC plus National Trade Certificate (NTC) plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade with not less than 60% marks in both NTC and NAC for General and OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
